Council Tax Rebates

What is Funded:

Under Section 65 of Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, every Scottish Local Authority has been given powers to establish a scheme to give discounts on council tax bills for householders installing energy efficiency measures.

Funding Levels:

Council Tax Rebates are still to be established by individual councils.
