The EON Sustainable Energy Fund aims to help communities become energy fit, delivering positive social impact to individuals and organisations.
Funding for energy efficiency, micro-generation and other low carbon measures is available to community groups and not for profit organisations. Joint proposals with local authorities will also be considered.
EON invite applications for grants of up to £20,000 for renewable energy and energy saving measures.
EON is able to fund 90% of the total project costs.
Local community groups, charities and not for profit organisations located in England, Scotland and Wales.
Joint proposals (e.g. with local authorities) will be considered, although the community organisation must lead the application. In addition, applications from religious or political organisations will be considered if the community building that the technology or measures are to be installed into is available for the whole community to use regardless of religious or political beliefs. Benefits to the whole community must be clearly demonstrated in your application.
