Client Advice Guides

Making informed design decisions is a key factor in ensuring that sustainability is carried through from the concept stage to the actual building. Some of the earliest decisions can have significant positive or negative impacts, so knowing what to look out for and what to request in the project brief is the first stage in developing sustainable buildings.

Client Advice Guides

Client Guides were commissioned from Gaia Research for schools, office buildings, social and private housing. The \'Draft for Discussion\' for each can be accessed via the links opposite. Responses are welcomed, as this will influence the development of these beyond the draft stage.
